Do you produce custom profiles, or only standard shapes?
Both. Patwin runs a library of 342 standard cross-sections and also engineers fully custom profiles from your drawing or sample. We build the tooling in-house, so a new die can move from concept to first article without an outside toolmaker in the loop.
What plastics can you extrude?
We regularly run rigid PVC, cellular PVC, flexible PVC, polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE). If you are not sure which material fits your application, our team can recommend one based on your strength, flexibility, weatherability, and finish requirements.
Can you match a specific color?
Yes. We color-match to a physical sample or a numbered color standard and produce runs in your matched color, including woodgrain and custom finishes on applicable materials.
